Booking
You can book via our website, phone, or approved platforms. Your booking is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email or payment.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Full payment due upon arrival for duration of the stay.
Cancellation
For free cancellation at least 48 hours' notice must be given.
Cancellation within 48 hours will incur a fee of one night's accommodation.
Cancellation within 24 hours you may be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-book your room.
Note all cancellations must be in writing.
Management has the rights to cancel or refuse entry.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00PM to 6:00PM | Check-out: by 10:00AM
Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges and by arrangement only.
Key Deposit
$20 key deposit cash is required upon arrival, given back once we have the key on departure.
Parking
Parking is first in first served.
Guest Responsibilities
Please follow our rules, including noise and smoking. Guests are responsible for any damage to rooms or property.
Hostel Responsibilities
We provide a safe and clean stay. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, except as required by law.
